  1. Strategic discussions
    First we will hold strategic discussions to clarify objectives and set strategies.
  2. Brand development
    We will help you clarify your message based on key values and key benefits of your products and/or services. We’ll help you identify your niche and target market(s). Then we will distill your values and benefits into a dynamic, powerful and unique tagline. Finally we will create logo designs and the final logo, which graphically supports top messaging.
  3. Develop business ID package
    Also known as a stationery package, these collateral materials will integrate the new logo and align with the website design. Components include: business cards, letterhead, and design for #10 envelope.
  4. Website creation--strategic direction, key messaging, copywriting
    We will provide strategic direction, key messaging, and copywriting for your website. This will include a launch discussion with you to clarify your website’s business objectives. We’ll guide you to make key marketing strategies and messaging that will drive the direction, content, features, and functionality. Then distilled brand information is produced to ensure the tone of the website copy marries with the design. Domain name selections take place at this stage too.
  5. Website creation--programming, reviewing, testing
    Working as a team, we will create and finalize your website design with your new brand. We will develop the site, review and test it before going live to ensure accuracy and functionality. Then we’ll go live and do a final testing to ensure accuracy on all platforms.
  6. Develop printed marketing materials
    We will leverage the copy from your website and your new brand graphics into a speaker/author one sheet or company brochure.
  7. Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Networking
    We will identify search-engine optimization goals, return on investment targets, and initiate foundational search-engine optimization with meta-tags and images (SEO). We’ll pursue monthly robust search-engine optimization strategies, driven by the your specific goals.

Case study #1
Attorney needed to bring new brand to life to launch speaking business

Challenge

When Jonathan Bowman, Esq., came to our team, he had selected the name of his new company: Clear Picture Leadership. However, he needed a website and marketing materials that would communicate his leadership expertise as an attorney and help him launch his new career as a speaker.

Jonathan’s speaking business has a unique twist, which needed to be clearly presented visually and in the copy. As a professional photographer, he uses his imagery in presentations to help communicate his leadership concepts.

Challenge

Author, speaker, and professional musician Blair Tindall needed a brand, website, and marketing materials to launch her professional speaking business: Flair For Genius. In addition, her new brand and website would need to support other creative endeavors, such as a TV show in which she explores world music.

Solution

  • Our team created Blair’s new tagline (the heart of her brand), which distills the top benefit message for her speaking business: “Find where you shine & discover your genius.” Plus, we created a logo that beautifully complements her new tagline.

Life coach propels her business to the next level

Challenge

When Diana Repko came to our team, she was bursting to expand her business to fulfill her vision: Create a sophisticated life-coaching business offering nationwide presentations and workshops, weekend retreats, and a select coaching clientele.

However, she had not yet created a company name, clarified her top benefit messages, identified her target audience, or clarified other essential elements for a powerful brand and compelling marketing materials.

  • First, we teamed with Diana to create a new tagline. We selected: Inner Change Enterprises.
  • Next, we created a logo that communicates “evolution” and subtly reflects a meditation labyrinth, which is important in Diana’s work.
  • These elements — her tagline, company name, and logo — laid a solid foundation for Diana’s brand. We then wrote copy for her speaker one-sheet and website, designed and printed her business card and stationary package, designed and printed her speaker one-sheet, and created her new website.

Results

As we moved through the branding, copywriting, and logo design stages, we helped Diana clarify her target audience and benefit messages — and even her 4-stage coaching process. As a result, her website and marketing materials are clear, focused, and on-target. Plus, the message she communicates in her many national presentations is clear, focused, and on-target.
